Christmas Message from Polar Vision

Firstly we would like to thank the generosity of our sponsors, without their help we simply would not be here! Thank you Arclight Capital

Also thank you to Iridium who have enabled us to keep in touch with our friends, family and supporters (and now with images)

We would also like to wish all our friends, family and supporters a Happy Christmas and a warm New Year!

‘Happy holidays’ to our two charities – Sightsavers and Guide Dogs for the Blind

From Alan…..

Merry Christmas from me to our friends, family, supporters, and friends at Haas, also my colleagues at BT, my family and of course my beautiful wife Ester. I can’t wait to head back to the UK next month and catch up with you all.

For 2012 I wish that the work started with Polar Vision will progress, that England do well in the Euros and Olympics.

From Richard…..

Happy Christmas to all my family, friends and loved ones, sorry I can’t be with you this Christmas but there are plenty more to come! I would like to wish all my colleagues at Bain a ‘Happy holiday’ and see them soon. Tuck

For 2012 first and foremost is to complete our challenge, second is to continue the momentum of Polar Vision in 2012, third is to watch Ipswich’s success in the 2nd half of the season and hope to be playing with Norwich in one league or another!

From Andrew…..

Happy Holidays!! It’s so hard to have left so many good friends behind in California but so happy to have made so many new friends in Boston.

It’s on holidays like this when we are furthest from our family and friends that I hope we stay closest to the values that make them love us.

It’s so hard to believe the journey of Polar Vision, which started 2 years ago and which so many have been so kind to accompany us on, is nearing the end. In fact in less than two weeks we should be at the Pole.

Thanks to family, friends, supporters and Haas for all their encouraging messages and support.

Hope you all have a great 2012 and when I get back I can tell you all about my trip.

Here are some photos of the boys…… Happy Christmas everyone!!!

The Team enjoyed Christmas day. After the days skiing in Santa hats, they set up camp enjoyed some Christmas crackers and decorated the tent with some tinsel!
